About me

Hi, my name is Carlos Molina and I’d like to welcome you to my site.  Do you ever wish you could capture a moment and hold onto it forever?  Photography not only allows us to save our most precious memories but it also allows for personal expression.

I have been interested in photography since I was a young child.  My parents are still charging me for breaking their cameras and destroying their photo albums.  True story.  I realized I loved to take pictures, to capture special moments and share them with those around me.  It wasn’t enough for me though.  I needed a mentor.

Luckily, I attended the top photography program in the nation at Abraham Lincoln High School in Brooklyn, New York.  It was there that I crossed paths with one of the best Photography teachers in the known universe.  Howard Wallach invested his time and effort in developing the creative potential I wasn’t even aware I had.  I am just one of the many students he challenged and changed for the better.

After my four years at Lincoln, I decided to continue studying Photography.  I graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2000.  Once again, Mr. Wallach changed the course of my life when he decided to retire from teaching and chose me to take over the Photography program at Abraham Lincoln High School in 2003.  It was my turn to reach those young students who did not realize their own creative potential.  I have been teaching for over fifteen years and each day is a new and rewarding adventure.

This website is meant to showcase my work and to reach a much larger audience via the inter-web.  My ultimate goal is to meet and exceed your expectations with the quality of my photographs.

We recently added a photo booth rental option and it has been an absolute hit at parties!

I am glad I am able to share my story and my images with you.  I hope you enjoy them.

*This site is dedicated to my wife and children.  I am the best version of myself because of them.
